Returns & Exchange Policy – Syahi Threads

At Syahi Threads, every piece is thoughtfully created after you place your order. Since our products are made-to-order, we encourage you to review the size chart carefully before making a purchase.

However, if something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 2-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Be accompanied by a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Returns requested after the 2-day period may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at harsh1771993@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photographs of the product (if applicable)

Please wait for our confirmation before shipping the product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the approved return to the address provided by our support team unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product).

We recommend using a reliable courier service with shipment tracking, as Syahi Threads is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing harsh1771993@gmail.com along with clear photographs or videos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you require a different size or wish to purchase another product, you may request a return (subject to eligibility). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional campaigns

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Returns requested beyond the eligible return period

7. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically initiated within 20 business days of approval.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

8. European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided the product is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
