At Syahi Threads, every design is created to be more than apparel—it is an expression of poetry, cinema, literature, spirituality, and human emotion. Our designs, artwork, typography, compositions, and creative concepts are the result of original artistic effort and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We take the protection of our creative work seriously and maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards design theft, unauthorized reproduction, and infringement.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Original artwork, illustrations, and graphic compositions

These works are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and all other applicable intellectual property laws of India and relevant international laws.

Limited Use of Literary Quotes

Some designs may feature short quotations, devotional verses, public-domain literature, traditional expressions, or licensed content.

While the underlying literary work may belong to its respective author, estate, or the public domain, the following elements remain the exclusive intellectual property of Syahi Threads:

  • Artistic interpretation

  • Typography

  • Graphic treatment

  • Visual composition

  • Design layout

  • Illustration

  • Apparel presentation

  • Branding and product styling

No person may reproduce or commercially exploit these creative expressions without prior written permission.

Strictly Prohibited

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

These restrictions apply across all online and offline platforms, including marketplaces, social media, print-on-demand services, and e-commerce websites.

AI and Digital Reproduction

The use of our designs, images, artwork, or product photographs to train artificial intelligence models, generate derivative works, create prompts for image-generation systems, or produce substantially similar designs through AI or automated tools is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Syahi Threads actively monitors unauthorized use of its intellectual property.

Any infringement, copying, imitation, unauthorized commercial use, or misappropriation of our creative work will be treated as a serious violation of our legal rights.

Legal Enforcement

In the event of infringement, Syahi Threads reserves the right to take any action available under applicable law, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing cease-and-desist notices.

  • Initiating civil and/or criminal legal proceedings.

  • Seeking injunctions against further use.

  • Claiming monetary damages, compensation, and recovery of legal costs.

  • Reporting violations to marketplaces, social media platforms, print-on-demand providers, payment gateways, hosting providers, and search engines.

  • Pursuing any additional remedies available under law.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action without prior notice where circumstances warrant immediate enforcement.

Immediate Compliance

Any person or entity found infringing our intellectual property is expected to immediately:

  • Remove all infringing products and content.

  • Stop manufacturing, advertising, distributing, and selling the infringing items.

  • Destroy remaining inventory where legally required.

  • Provide written confirmation of compliance.

Failure to comply may result in formal legal proceedings.
