At Syahi Threads, every product is thoughtfully made just for you after you place an order. As all our apparel is made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted print partner, we appreciate your patience while we craft something meaningful for you.

1. Order Processing

  • Every order is processed only after it is successfully confirmed.

  • Since each item is printed exclusively for you, processing typically takes 5–7 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

  • International orders are generally delivered within 10–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or locations where courier services are unavailable or restricted. If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding your order.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments). We will coordinate with our shipping partner and work towards an appropriate resolution.
